BLIND BID: One hot item to be auctioned off at Cal State Fullerton’s big athletic fund-raiser set for May 2: the blindfold that former Titan basketball star Cedric Ceballos wore when he won the slam dunk competition at this year’s NBA All-Star game. . . . “Memorabilia collectors say the blindfold would go as high as five figures,” suggests Larry Zucker, Fullerton’s associate athletic director.
