BLACK TIE & SHORTS: Today’s footrace in Newport Beach could be the toniest ever held in the county. The “Bach Bay 8K,” along Newport Beach’s Back Bay Drive, will include a tuxedoed string quartet and classical music piped in along the route from Johann Sebastian Bach’s “Brandenburg Concertos.” Money raised goes to Hope House for drug users. . . . “The response is great; runners must like classical music,” says Hope House director Marc Corradino.
