FORTIES LIFE: Readers of Mission Viejo cartoonist Kevin Fagan’s syndicated strip, “Drabble,” (F14) have been surprised with a new plot: Norman’s 40-ish mom, June, is pregnant. . . . Forty-ish hubby, Ralph, “has a little trouble facing up to it,” says Fagan, above. The cartoonist has been prepping us for months by gradually giving the matronly June a more youthful appearance. The baby is due at year’s end. Says Fagan: “I’ve narrowed it down to either a boy or girl.”
