Caltrans Work Sites Scheduled

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach areas this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified in the list below by the nearest city or cities.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

1. Wilmington: Pacific Coast Highway off-ramp from the northbound Harbor Freeway (110); 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday; guardrail repair.

LONG BEACH FREEWAY (710)

2. Bell: Eastbound off-ramp at Florence Avenue from the southbound Long Beach Freeway (710); 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday; landscaping.

3. Long Beach: Southbound No. 1 lane from Wardlow Road to Pacific Coast Highway; 9:30 a.m. to noon Tuesday; marker repair.

4. South Gate: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes between Firestone Boulevard and the Los Angeles River crossing; 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday; guardrail repair.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

5. East Los Angeles: Eastbound No. 1 lane from Eastern Avenue to Atlantic Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday; glare screen repair.

6. Various cities: Eastbound and westbound No. 1 lanes between Azusa Avenue in the City of Industry and Indiana Avenue in East Los Angeles; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; sweeping.

SAN DIEGO FREEWAY (405)

7. Long Beach: Cherry Street on-ramp to the northbound San Diego Freeway (405); 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday; guardrail repair.

8. Long Beach: Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp from the southbound San Diego Freeway (405); 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; guardrail repair.

9. Long Beach: Southbound No. 1 lane from Delores Yard overcrossing to Santa Fe Avenue; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday; center median wall repair.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

10. Industry: Southbound No. 1 lane from the Pomona Freeway (60) connector to the Rose Hills Road crossing; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; wall repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

11. East Los Angeles: Southbound No. 5 lane from Ditman Avenue to the southbound Long Beach Freeway (710) connector, plus the right lane of the connector to the Triggs Street crossing; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.

12. La Mirada: Valley View Avenue off-ramp from the southbound Santa Ana Freeway (5); 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday; stenciling.

TERMINAL ISLAND FREEWAY (47)

13. Long Beach: Southbound No. 3 lane at the Commodore Schuyler F. Heim Drawbridge; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Friday; bridge repair.

14. Wilmington: Northbound No. 2 lane at Anaheim Street; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; guardrail repair.
