Burbank Man Beaten to Death
A Burbank man in his 30s was found beaten to death in his ransacked apartment Saturday, Burbank police said.
The man, whose name was not released pending notification of relatives, was found about 12:30 p.m. by the manager of an apartment complex in the 2100 block of North Parish Place, said Sgt. Mike Keefe.
“The victim appears to have died as a result of several blows to his head, and the apartment appears to have been ransacked,” Keefe said, adding that the slaying probably occurred on Friday or Thursday.
There are no suspects and the case is still under investigation, Keefe said.
