Helping Out: Two-for-one tickets to Thursday’s and Saturday’s performances of Benjamin Britten’s “Albert Herring” at the L.A. Music Center Opera will be offered to anyone who brings non-perishable food or household items to the box office. The “Two for One and Help Someone” program benefits AIDS Project Los Angeles. Suggested donations include canned foods, cereal, laundry soap and disposable razors.
