President Bush’s Campaign
In response to “The Ties That Tarnish--The Web of Corruption That Surrounds George Bush,” by Kevin Phillips, Opinion, April 5:
At last! An article that shows just how sleazy George Bush is.
If everything in Phillips’ piece is true, Bush should not only not be reelected President, he should resign from the presidency immediately. This is taking the old adage that “the business of government is business” a little too far. (The House of Representatives check-bouncing “scandal” that is being made so much of in the media is only a small blip compared to what President Bush is doing.)
