The Critics Speak: Meanwhile, the Outer Critics Circle--writers and journalists from out-of-town publications--on Monday named “Dancing at Lughnasa” and “Crazy for You” as the best Broadway play and musical, respectively. The organization also picked “Marvin’s Room” as best Off Broadway play and “Song of Singapore” as best Off Broadway musical.
