Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc.: The Garden Grove manufacturer of memory subsystems reported a net loss for its 1992 fiscal year ended Feb. 28 of $791,322, or 13 cents per share. The company last year had net income of $70,282. Sales of $5.1 million in fiscal 1992 were down from $7.4 million the prior year. According to James G. Turner, chairman and chief executive, the company had expected a weak fiscal year and as a result took measures to reduce expenses and obtain more equity to poise itself for a recovery in fiscal year 1993.
