Triconex Corp.: The Irvine developer of safety and control systems for industrial process applications reported that net income for the first quarter more than doubled from the year-earlier period, to $928,000, or 25 cents per share, from $361,000, or 11 cents per share. Revenue was up 75%, to $7 million from $4 million.
