Amplicon Inc.: The Santa Ana computer and office automation equipment sales and leasing company reported a 20% gain in net income for its fiscal 1992 third quarter, to $2.4 million, or 41 cents per share, from $2 million, or 34 cents per share, for the corresponding period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 23%, to $31.7 million from $41 million. Net income for the first three quarters of the fiscal year was $6.6 million, or $1.14 per share, up 22% from the $5.4 million, or 91 cents per share, recorded for the first nine months of the previous fiscal year. Revenue dropped 23%, to $91.5 million from $119.1 million.
