Irish Parlimentarians Face Longer Workday

DUBLIN, Ireland —
Deputies in the Irish Parliament are going to have to work longer hours under new reforms proposed Friday by Prime Minister Albert Reynolds.
He is to increase the number of working days in Parliament from 87 to 130 each year and to create new committees.
