Toni Bernay, a Los Angeles psychologist, is quoted as saying, “When a profession becomes feminized, in the eyes of our society it becomes devalued, and remuneration goes down . . . .”
Perhaps in the observation lies the solution to a major controversy--the pay of corporate CEOs. All male CEOs should be replaced by women.
