On the Attack: Psychiatrist David Viscott, who hosts call-in programs on KABC radio and KNBC-TV Channel 4, told viewers of his late-night TV show over the weekend that during last week’s rioting in Los Angeles he was attacked outside his home by two men who demanded his car keys and then beat him. Viscott said that he, his wife and his mother had returned home from grocery shopping in what he described as an affluent, ethnically mixed neighborhood when two men appeared brandishing guns. Viscott said it was only after he feigned a heart attack that the two left.
