Arco Totes Up Damage: The Los Angeles-based oil company said rioting in Los Angeles and elsewhere caused at least $5 million to $10 million in damage at its service stations. “We’ve had a total of 11 stations burned to the ground,” spokeswoman Annie Reutinger said. “We’ve had 36 looted and trashed so badly they had to be closed.” With the violence in Los Angeles abating, stations that were not damaged or burned are being reopened, Reutinger said.
