Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of critical-care and surgical devices posted a profit of $502,043, or 16 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter, up 15% from the $437,740, or 14 cents a share, for the same period in 1991. Sales for the quarter ended March 31 rose 10% to $5.5 million from $5 million. For the nine-month period, earnings totaled $1.3 million, or 46 cents a share, on sales of $14.8 million. A year earlier, nine-month profit was $1.3 million, or 40 cents a share, on sales of $14.7 million.
