Du Pont Retrenching Continues: Wilmington, Del.-based Du Pont Co. said it is considering selling its electrical connector division, which has about 3,200 employees worldwide. The unit has annual sales of more than $400 million. The chemical maker also announced the elimination of 275 more jobs in its computer division as part of a program begun in July to save $1 billion.
