Bus Falls into River; 22 Die

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Twenty-two people were killed Sunday when a bus fell 200 feet in heavy rain from a mountain road into the Jhelum River near Muzaffarabad, capital of the Pakistan-ruled part of Kashmir, state television said.
