AND ONE MORE THING: The B-52’s will probably have an easier time replacing drummer Zachary Alford--who bolted to join Bruce Springsteen’s band--than founding member Cindy Wilson, who has left the band, at least for the time being. But remaining original members Kate Pierson, Fred Schneider and Keith Strickland have made some creative attempts to fill the singer’s shoes. At a New York Jerry Brown benefit, actress Kim Basinger stepped in. And on the album “Good Stuff,” due in stores on June 30, the group is backed on one song by a Hare Krishna chorus, while on the environmentally oriented “The World’s Green Laughter” Pierson is joined by a bobolink and a green-tailed towhee, with percussion by a red-billed woodpecker.
