Nature Center Summer Program-The Oak Canyon Nature Center is now accepting reservations for its camp program, Indian Summer 1992.

The camp, open to children ages 4 to 10, is an outdoor educational experience in which participants explore the Anaheim center’s grounds.

Campers will participate in a variety of activities, including nature hikes, crafts, live animal demonstrations, American Indian ceremonial games and dances and other aspects of Indian life.

Each of the six weeklong sessions will cover a different nature topic. The camp will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday in weeks beginning June 22, July 6, 13 and 27 and Aug. 3 and 17.

The program fee is $50 for each session for Anaheim residents, $55 per session for non-residents.

Oak Canyon Nature Center is at 6700 Walnut Canyon Road, Anaheim. Family Nature Programs--The Oak Canyon Nature Center is also continuing its Saturday nature programs for children and their parents.

* June 13--Rocks, Rocks and More Rocks

* June 20--Shoreline Adventures

* June 27--Nature Film Festival

Families are welcome on a drop-in basis for all programs, which begin at 10 a.m., except the Early Birder, which starts at 8 a.m. and requires reservations. For more information, call the center at (714) 998-8380.
