Kasler Corp. announced that E. Robert Ferguson will resign as chairman and chief executive to pursue other personal and professional interests.
J. L. Feller, a director of the San Bernardino-based general contractor since 1989, was appointed to succeed Ferguson until a permanent replacement is named.
The effective date of Ferguson’s resignation was not disclosed. However, the company noted that Ferguson has agreed to serve as a consultant to Kasler for two additional years.
Kasler is engaged in the construction of highways, bridges and other public works projects.
