Ravenswood, Union Reach Settlement: Ravenswood Aluminum Corp. and union leaders tentatively agreed to settle a 19-month labor dispute marked by outbreaks of violence and destruction. The proposal, which came after a marathon negotiating session, will be voted on by the 1,700 idled union members in Ravenswood, W. Va., United Steelworkers spokesman Gary Hubbard said. Details of the proposal were not disclosed.
