Caltech Gets $250,000 Imaging Center Grant
Caltech has received a $250,000 grant from the Fletcher Jones Foundation of Los Angeles to establish a biological Imaging Center for Teaching and Research on the campus.
The center, to be headed by biology professor Scott Fraser, will develop and train students in new technology for imaging biological structures.
Applications of the research include cancer and nervous system research.
