2 Traffic Collisions in India Kill 51

NEW DELHI —
At least 51 people were killed Friday in two road accidents, the Press Trust of India reported.
Thirty-three people were killed when two trucks collided in southern India near Harlapur, 900 miles south of New Delhi, the news agency said.
In the other accident, a van collided with a truck, killing at least 18 people. Sixteen people were hospitalized.
