A 15-year-old boy accused of killing defensive end Shane Curry of the Indianapolis Colts was ordered into the adult court system.
Judge John O’Connor ruled in Cincinnati that a Hamilton County grand jury should consider the case against Artise Anderson, 15, of Howard County, Md. Police allege that Anderson shot Curry to death early May 3 in the parking lot of a restaurant.
The judge set bond at $500,000.
