Two Oxnard banks were robbed of an undisclosed amount of money Thursday, with a woman robber being sought in one of the robberies, authorities said.
In the first incident, a woman entered the Wells Fargo Bank at 460 Esplanade Drive about 2:30 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money, said Oxnard Police Officer David Klug.
The woman left the bank after receiving an unreported amount of cash and fled in a dark blue Acura sedan, Klug said.
Just after 4 p.m., a lone male entered the Security Pacific National Bank at 455 South A St. and escaped after receiving an unknown amount of money, said Lt. Jeff Young.
Police had no further details.
