* Neil Tepper has been promoted to vice president of creative services at MCA TV from his position as director of creative services.
Based at the company’s Los Angeles headquarters, Tepper will continue to report to Mort Slakoff, senior vice president of creative services.
Tepper joined MCA TV in December, 1990, from Coca-Cola USA, where he was creative director of communications.
