NATIONAL CITY : Charge of Murder Sought in Shooting
National City police said Friday that they will seek a murder charge against Humberto Rembao, 20, of National City in connection with the fatal shooting of Ricardo Martinez, 22, outside a Highland Avenue gas station Wednesday night. Martinez, who suffered a gunshot wound in the head, died Thursday night at UC San Diego Medical Center.
