Candidate Call-In: Democratic presidential candidate Bill Clinton and undeclared candidate Ross Perot will each answer viewer call-in questions this week on NBC’s “Today”--Clinton on Tuesday, Perot on Thursday. Bryant Gumbel will do follow-up questions with Clinton, Katie Couric with Perot. Executive producer Jeff Zucker said that the candidates’ appearances will last 45 minutes each.
