FIGHTING BACK: Residents of Anaheim’s Riverdale area, worried about gangs, drugs and juvenile delinquents, have put together a “take back our neighborhood” group to do something about it. . . . “This is a classic case of a neighborhood on the brink, which could go bad, or do something positive to go the other way,” says one organizer, Tim Geddes. . . . The group will hold a forum tonight at 7 at Riverdale Elementary School, which has been plagued recently with gang graffiti.
