TWO STRIKES: The Angels’ new manager, Buck Rodgers, and the Rams’ new coach, Chuck Knox, have promised better days ahead. But until that happens, one loser is the city of Anaheim. Officials project that stadium revenues will be down about 11% during the next fiscal year. The rent the teams pay the city is based on attendance. . . . Says stadium General Manager Greg Smith: “We are suffering two hits--the weak economy and the teams’ performance.” . . . The Angels are in last place again and the Rams have some improving to do on their 3-13 record last season.
