PORT HUENEME : Robbery at Bank Is 4th This Year

A Port Hueneme bank was robbed Wednesday for the fourth time this year, when a lone robber escaped with an undetermined amount of money, authorities said.
The robbery occurred at 1:25 p.m., when a man entered Household Bank at 2671 N. Ventura Road and demanded money from a teller, Port Hueneme Police Sgt. Fernando Estrella said.
Although the robber told the teller that he had a gun, witnesses did not see any weapon, Estrella said.The same bank was the target of robbers on Feb. 20, May 12 and May 26.
