BERNIE’S NEW LOVE: Actor David Birney’s first big break was the TV sitcom he did 20 years ago, “Bridget Loves Bernie,” with ex-wife Meredith Baxter. Since then he’s alternated between the stage and TV. Now he’s coming to the Grove Shakespeare Festival in July (OC LIVE!) to play Macbeth, fresh from “Judith Krantz’s Secrets,” a TV series he finished filming in May on the French Riviera. . . .
