* * George Strait, “Holding My Own.” MCA. Hotshots come and hotshots go, but George Strait just keeps rollin’ along. He is indeed holding his own--nothing here he hasn’t done a dozen times before, but in the bouncy “All of Me (Loves All of You)” and the melancholy “Here We Go Again,” the results are as congenial as they are predictable.
