Chambers of Commerce Select Officers

LAGUNA HILLS — The South Orange County Chambers of Commerce installed Joe Hernandez as its 1992-93 president at a ceremony and fund-raiser on Friday.
Hernandez succeeds Bob Lay in the post. The group also installed Terry Owens as president-elect and Doug Watt as chief financial officer.
The group named affiliated chairpersons to its board, including Dr. Meg Curtis of Aliso Viejo, Jack Finnerty of Laguna Hills, Ed Lorette of Lake Forest, John Ben of Mission Viejo and Elaine Carter of Rancho Santa Margarita.
