Testing HIV Test Kits: Health Test Inc., a Costa Mesa company that is developing in-home HIV test kits, has received state approval to begin free clinical trials at its office this weekend, owner Steven Coonan said. He plans to advertise the free tests in the classified sections of newspapers in Orange County, Coonan said.
