La Verne Gets $75,000 for Library Center

BankAmerica Foundation has awarded a $75,000 grant for expansion and renovation of the University of La Verne Library/Academic Center.
Scheduled for completion in 1994, the expansion will double the size of the center and add an art gallery, classrooms and faculty research areas. A fund-raising campaign has raised $3.9 million of the $7-million goal.
