‘Murphy Brown’ Continued

As someone who was raised by a single mother, I must take offense at the letters written by Cathy Lebovitz and Patrick Groff (TV Times, June 7). Both do a great injustice to the thousands of single women who have done quite well without “benefit” of the traditional family unit.
