Medical Bulletins: Actor Glenn Ford remained in critical condition Thursday morning, following surgery the day before to remove blood clots from his legs. Ford, 76, was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center a week ago and doctors found he had clots that were blocking circulation. Ford had been in St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica in May where he was treated for an irregular, rapid heartbeat and pneumonia. . . . Meanwhile, actor Ben Vereen is still in intensive care and in serious condition at UCLA Medical Center. He has been hospitalized since June 9, after being struck by a truck while he was walking late at night on Pacific Coast Highway.
