Moral behavior concerns more than using expletives or showing people involved in sexual activity, a fact seemingly lost on the two ex-Presidents you quote.

More important, moral behavior includes trustworthiness of those elected to public office, so that we may avoid the spectacle of a leader who had to resign to avoid prosecution and another who (a) either slept through his terms of office or (b) should now be prosecuted for unlawful activity while in office.
