Heimbold and Loorz head new departments that consolidate functions that were previously operated separately by the company’s hospital and specialty hospital groups. The groups were eliminated in a recent corporate realignment.

Heimbold, 57, was formerly chief operating officer for multi-specialty clinics owned and managed by Universal Health Services in King of Prussia, Pa.

Loorz, 63, most recently served as senior vice president of construction and design for the company’s general hospital division.
