BUY & FLY: A consultant for John Wayne Airport has come up with new recommendations for the concourse, all designed for the benefit of people waiting to travel or to greet travelers. They include: California lottery machines, shoeshine stands, a children’s shop, and a Mrs. Fields Cookies shop. . . . The consultant also recommends that food carts be added. But no lingerie shop, which had been listed among earlier possibilities. County supervisors must now approve.
