Offended by Letter

Regarding the June 14 letter from Bill Williams of Thousand Oaks on James T. Yenckel’s “Passenger Makes Plea for Some Airline Changes,” I must say I was appalled.
What a snob is Mr. W.! It’s very nice that he has so much money he never wants for any attention and the best of everything. As an 80-year-old lady who has done much flying, let me straighten Mr. Williams out. After all, some of us have to or want to get somewhere else and we don’t have any such resources.
