Ratings Boost: The appearance of President Bush for 90 minutes on “CBS This Morning” last Wednesday boosted viewership for that usually low-rated program by some 29%. The show, normally the lowest-rated of the networks’ morning broadcasts, pulled a 2.7 rating and 12 share in the 25-market Nielsens. Each rating point equals 436,331 households.
