Way Up in the Sky: KCBS Channel 2 will add a second helicopter to its reporting fleet today when reporter Bob Tur takes to the air to do news stories for the station. KCBS will share Tur with KCOP Channel 13, where he also works as a helicopter reporter. Mark Dunn is the reporter on KCBS’ other helicopter.
