STILL VERY STILL: When Charles Thompson of Laguna Beach read they were holding auditions for the Pageant of the Masters cast, he tried out and got the part of Jesus in Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of “The Last Supper.” That was 26 years ago, and Thompson has played Jesus in the live art production ever since. . . . . “The audience reaction is so positive; I really love it,” he says. . . . The Laguna Beach pageant opens tonight and runs through Aug. 30.
