ICU Medical Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of medical devices posted a profit of $855,000, or 17 cents a share, for the second quarter, an 83% gain from $466,000, or 13 cents a share, recorded for the 1991 second quarter. Sales were up 71%, to $2.4 million from $1.4 million. For the first half of 1992, net income totaled $2.6 million, or 59 cents a share, on sales of $4.8 million. For the first half last year, the company reported net income of $1.2 million, or 33 cents a share, on sales of $3.3 million.
