Gay, Lesbian Constituents

Immersed in his phobia, Richard Grant, (“Writing Their Own Agenda,” Letters to the Times Valley Edition, July 9) fails to recognize one simple fact: Gays and lesbians are part of “the people” our public servants are elected to represent. Moreover, we help elect them. And who says the majority electorate shares Grant’s personal views on just what “traditional values” are?
