PAY TV: These will be the most televised Olympics: 161 free hours on NBC and the TripleCast pay package on cable, running 24 hours a day on three channels--with much of the coverage live--from Sunday through Aug. 9. . . . County cable stations are offering the package for $29.95 for a 12-hour block or $125 for the whole thing. . . .
