Hearing Postponed: A court hearing was postponed Tuesday for New York City Ballet master-in-chief Peter Martins on a misdemeanor assault charge lodged by his wife, principal ballerina Darci Kistler, 28. Police said Martins, 45, was arrested early Sunday after an altercation at a house he is renting near the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, summer home of the New York City Ballet. Kistler suffered bruises and cuts but refused medical treatment, according to a police report. The two surprised friends by eloping in Martins’ native Denmark seven months ago.
